1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating an account, browsing marketplace listings, depositing cryptocurrency, or initiating a trade on GiftCardToCash ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.
2. Peer-to-Peer Escrow Protection Model
Every trade initiated on GiftCardToCash operates under automated cryptographic escrow custody:
- Buyer Escrow Lock: When a trade begins, the buyer's cryptocurrency (USDT or BTC) is automatically locked in platform custody.
- Delivery of Value: The seller provides the gift card code, fiat payment reference, mobile recharge, or freelance deliverable inside the encrypted trade room.
- Verification & Release: Once the receiving party verifies the delivered value or payment, they release the locked cryptocurrency to the seller's wallet.
- Finality of Release: Crypto releases are immediate, cryptographic, and final. Once released by a user, transactions cannot be reversed.
3. Gift Card Legitimacy & Anti-Fraud Standards
Sellers must guarantee that all submitted gift cards (Amazon, Apple, Steam, Razer Gold, etc.) are legally obtained, active, and loaded with the exact face value agreed upon in the offer listing.
4. Fiat, UPI & Utility Recharge Payments
Fiat payments made via UPI, Bank IMPS, PayPal, Zelle, or mobile top-up providers must be sent from accounts matching the user's identity. Chargebacks, fraudulent payment recalls, or third-party unauthorized transfers are strictly prohibited and will be submitted to law enforcement.
5. Dispute Arbitration & Moderator Decisions
If either counterparty encounters an issue during a trade, they may invoke "Raise Dispute". GiftCardToCash moderators have the authority to inspect trade transcripts, examine submitted receipts/video proofs, verify blockchain and merchant records, and award escrowed funds to the rightful party. All moderator arbitration rulings are binding and final.
6. 10–15 Minute Confirmation Windows & Platform Fees
Blockchain deposits and wallet withdrawals undergo node validation and automated security checks, which typically require a 10 to 15 minute window. Platform fees range between 0% to 1% depending on the asset and active promotional coupons.
7. Prohibition of Off-Platform Deals
To maintain escrow protection, all communications, code exchanges, and payment proofs must remain strictly inside the GiftCardToCash trade room. Deals conducted via external messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord) without platform escrow are completely unprotected and violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
GiftCardToCash is a technology platform connecting independent peer buyers and sellers. While our escrow mechanism secures assets during active trades, the Platform is not liable for market fluctuations in crypto prices, merchant account closures, or user negligence regarding 2FA security.
